Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (PG / 1941) and the date (10/22/1441), and referred to in the letter of the Saudi Organization for Standardization, Metrology and Quality No. (7014 / p) and date (10/17/ 1441), which implies that the Saudi Standards and Metrology and Quality Authority and the General Authority of Customs wish to report that they have announced the linking of the electronic "Saber" and "Fassah" platforms in order to achieve the Kingdom's 2030 vision towards digital transformation starting from the date of 10 Dhu al-Qa'ida 1441 corresponding to July 1, 2020, which the expeditious clearance of the consignments registered with the authority and who have a certificate of conformity of consignments from the "Saber" platform will be done electronically, and re-exports of products that do not have the required conformity certificates registered through the "Saber" platform, and where the linking process will reduce the period of clearing shipments at customs outlets, speed up procedures and reduce costs on establishment commercial to enable the beneficiary during the customs declaration to verify the consignment conformity certificate automatically, as the electronic "Saber"platform makes it easy for beneficiaries to reach the conformity assessment bodies accepted by the Saudi standards, standards and quality around the world to check products and issue required registration certificates electronically, in addition to facilitating and speeding up procedures for entering products into the Saudi market and facilitating "Fassah" platform for beneficiaries of all import and export transactions and procedures, to provide many facilitated services for international trade in connection with the relevant authorities, and follow Shipments, appointment reservations, and electronic payment, via a unified online window.
