Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Real Estate General Authority No. (4680) and dated (12/24/1444 AH), in which reference is made to the contribution of Al-Malissa (Sultana Al-Bahr, New Jeddah, Amwaj Scheme, Al-Malissa 3) which is considered by the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
And based on Cabinet Resolution No. (130) dated (7/5/1429 AH) to form the Real Estate Contributions Committee and Cabinet Resolution No. (48) dated (2/14/1430 AH) approving the work mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and the Cabinet’s decision No. (297) dated (13/7/1435 AH) to amend the work mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and since the committee is in the process of selling the contribution lands.
Within the framework of the interest of the Real Estate Contributions Committee (Liquidation) and its keenness to develop a joint role with the chambers of commerce and real estate committees, and to give a greater opportunity for investors to apply to purchase the lands of the contributions that the committee is working on.
