Asharqia Chamber presents its best greetings to you, and would like to inform you of the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (No. 1091) dated 7/5/1440, which referred to the letter of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Org. No. (2057 / p) dated (12/3/1440) that is concerning the complaint from the Gulf Industrial Group, including the inclusion of one of its companies (Ashwa Technologies Limited) by importing chemical raw materials from resin (Ester Penta Rosin) from the Chinese company ( Deqing Yinlong Industrial) for the production of industrial glue (7 shipments in 2013).
The complaint letter stated that the imported raw materials were defective because they did not conform to the technical specifications specified in the purchase orders and certificates of analysis issued by the Chinese company, as the Chinese company did not respond to the requests of official authorities in the Kingdom through the Embassy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in the People's Republic of China.
Therefore, the Authority advises not to deal with the Chinese company mentioned above due to not responding to the official authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
