Asharqia Chamber sends you its warm regards and informs you of receiving a letter from the Saudi Chambers Union numbered (45100422) dated (4/2/1445 AH). This letter refers to the Union's receipt of a letter from the General Real Estate Authority numbered (364) dated (27/1/1445 AH). The letter includes the participation in Al-Majd Development Plan, pertaining to the office of Ismail Al-Aqari, established on the land with document number (271) dated (24/9/1424 AH) in Al-Rass Province. This matter is under review by the Real Estate Contributions Committee, in accordance with the Council of Ministers' decision number (130) dated (7/5/1429 AH), which forms the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and the Council of Ministers' decision number (297) dated (13/7/1435 AH).The decision entails modifying the operational procedure of the Real Estate Contributions Committee. As the committee is currently in the process of selling the contribution land.
