The Chamber presents its compliments , this is to inform you that we received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (ش.غ/677) dated (12/3/1435), which referred to the letter of the Saudi Commission for specifications, standards and quality systems (657/247/25,000) dated (28/2/1435), containing that complement the Commission's quest to protect the consumer and the citizen from poor products and others matching the body must follow and implement all laws and regulations which protect it, through follow-up to the badge Gulf products that have been the adoption of the rules of adoption apply to toys since (1/1/2011) announcement and circular to all importers and traders in this area by the Commission, after conducting a market survey revealed the existence of the products do not carry the badge. The Council hoped of dealers and importers of toys to read the updated list of toys that will be applied starting date (1/1/2014) , it will not allow any consignment of toys unless with the conformity mark.
