Greeting from the Chamber, this is to inform you that the Chamber received a letter from the Council of Saudi Chambers(ش.غ/ 3176)dated (5/9/1434) referred to the letter of the Minister of labor(1/1/3807) dated (16/8/1434) and referred to his Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier (28475) date (25/7/1434) on the order No. (22069) and dated (12/6/1434) to the companies, especially the big ones with no delay in the disbursement of salaries to their employees and encourage them to Zero tolerance and that of breach of contractual obligations with employment, it would take the right actions as we refer to the regular command (24834) and date (1/7/1434) to consider halting the Government extracts of companies failing in the payment of wages.
In view of the frequent complaints and labor issues related to delays in disbursement of wages in the private sector, because this delay in payment of wages on time is incompatible with the system of work orders and related resolutions is a clear violation of accounting which must be in accordance with the regulations, and the implications and repercussions affecting work, the private sector and national interest.
So we hope for full compliance with workers ' wages on time and not to be delayed in any way.
