Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44102730) and dated (7/10/1444 AH), Regarding the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority’s telegram regarding the regulation of preferring local content, local small and medium enterprises, and companies listed in the financial market in terms of business and procurement, This includes an agreement with the Authority for Efficiency in Spending and Governmental Projects to determine the value of high-value contracts to become contracts whose estimated value is equal to or greater than twenty-five million (25,000,000) Saudi riyals.
Accordingly, business and purchase contracts whose estimated value is equal to or greater than twenty-five million (25,000,000) Saudi riyals will be treated as high-value contracts, and the requirements and provisions of the above-mentioned regulations will be applied, as of (9/1/1444 AH), For any inquiries in this regard, your specialists can contact the unified call center of the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority on the number (19915).
