Asharqia Chamber extends its best regards to you, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45510560) dated (4/27/1446 AH), which indicates that the Saudi Labor Market Committee, in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, is working on the challenges of the Qiwa platform periodically, including the following challenges:
First: Archiving contracts on the Qiwa platform, whether after the end of the contractual relationship or during its continuation period.
Second: Indefinite-term contracts and the platform's method of dealing with them.
