Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (42103807) dated (10/8/1442) with reference to the letter of the Food and Drug General Authority No. (27044 / p) and the date (9/24/1442) It does not include mandatory presence of a certificate of conformity for all consignments of vegetables, fresh fruits, agricultural crops and spices exported from Egypt, India and Jordan proving their conformity with the regulations and standard specifications approved by the authority, especially the technical regulation No. (SFDA.FD382) regarding the maximum limits for pesticide residues in agricultural and food products and the technical regulation No. (( GSO 1016 regarding microbiological standards for foodstuffs starting from (6/15/2021), and with regard to Egyptian products, in addition to the above, a certificate of conformity must prove that a laboratory test for hepatitis A virus (HepatitisA) has been performed, noting that a list will be removed. Indian laboratories published on the authority's website from (6/15/2021).
