Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44103744) and the date (7/9/1444 AH), in which it is indicated that the Federation received the letter from the Ministry of Transport and Logistics No. (55725) and the date (29/8/1444 AH)It contains a letter from the Saudi Industrial Development Fund No. (2456) dated (6/16/1444 AH), regarding the formation of a team to develop a mechanism and governance for financing the logistical sector, and the existence of a need to fund building projects for warehouses on demand (Build to suit).To serve the companies operating in the logistics services sector, which contributes to the development of the sector and empowers the companies operating in it. Several meetings were held between the Ministry and the Fund to discuss the mechanism referred to above. On applications submitted by companies to come up with conditions and a mechanism for approving this type of financing, where the Ministry has communicated with several companies and one company expressed its desire to run to benefit from financing on an experimental basis, and where there are two opportunities currently available to conduct the study on it.
