Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44104760) and the date (10/11/1444 AH), in which it is indicated that the Federation received the letter from the Food and Drug General Authority No. (27963 / p) and the date (8/11/1444 AH), It includes the immediate notification report issued by the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH) on (10/22/1444 AH) corresponding to (5/12/2023 AD), which states an outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza in the administrative regions (Gers) and (Landes) in the Republic of France.
We inform you of the issuance of the Commission’s Decision No. (27385 / Q) and dated (2/11/1444 AH) to impose a temporary ban on the import of poultry meat and table eggs, their products, and equipment from the administrative regions (Gers) and (Landes) in the Republic of France.
