Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (42501062) and the date (11/3/1442) referred to the letter of His Excellency the President of the Public Transport Authority No. (3082/42/1) and the date (5/3/1442 ), which includes The authority needs to assess the passenger transport sector and the sector’s status in the current situation compared to the previous situation during the stoppage of activities as a result of precautionary measures to prevent the outbreak of the new Coronavirus, to enable the authority to search for solutions to address any challenges currently facing the sector and to request the authority to provide them with an assessment of the current state of the passenger transport sector. In comparison with the period of suspension of activities as a result of precautionary measures to prevent the outbreak of the new Coronavirus and the period preceding it, from the viewpoint of investors in the sector, provided that the evaluation includes all aspects and factors that they consider have affected directly or indirectly the sector.
