          Asharqia Chamber presents its best regards and informs you of  the receipt of the letter of the Council of the Saudi Chambers No. (2900) date (6/12/1438), referring to the letter of the Ministry of Trade and Investment No. 57363 date 2/12/143 regarding the adoption of the Technical Regulations for Biodegradable Plastic Products No. (MA156-16- 03-03). These regulations were published in the Official Gazette on 13/7/1438.

And since it will begin control tours on the date (25/1/1439) about plastic products, and will be controlling the infringing products and deal with them in accordance with the following formal procedures:

    All plastic materials are disposable.
    Tablecloths disposable tablecloths.
    Plastic wrappers used to encapsulate flowers.
    Heat-shrinkable plastic rolls.
    Plastic packaging used for secondary packaging.
    Plastic and rubber packaging rolls used for packing goods.
    PLASTIC PACKAGING PLATES.
