Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43101472) dated (6/4/1443), regarding the Federation’s receipt of the letter of the Public Transport Authority No. (3099/43/1) dated (6/4/1443) Reference is made to the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Transport and Logistics No. (1693) dated (3/12/1442), to approve the regulations governing the activity of light transport of goods on roads, and to authorize His Excellency the President of the Public Authority for Transport to adopt the appropriate mechanisms to implement the provisions of the regulations and to issue the necessary decisions and circulars for that And with reference to the decision of His Excellency the President of the Public Transport Authority No. (19/43/1) dated (25/1/1443), which is contained in Article (First) "Granting a period of six months for facilities licensed in the activity of light transport of goods on the roads to connect to a platform Electronic Authority.
