Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best greetings, and would like to inform you about receiving a letter from the Council of Saudi Chambers (SG / 2280) dated 16/8/1439, which referred to the speech of the Minister of Commerce and Investment No. 43813 dated 10/8/1439. It is surrounded by the Royal Decree No. (M / 86) dated (8/8/1439), which is to approve the commercial mortgage system. One of the main objectives of the commercial mortgage system is the following:
-Improving the Kingdom's competitive and investment environment, in line with the vision of the Kingdom 2030, and achieving its aspirations to reach the 20th place in 2020 and the 10th in 2030 in the international competitiveness indicators.
-Enhancing the credit market in the Kingdom by providing guarantees, improving business access to finance, and realizing value for owners of assets.
