Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43102215), dated (19/5/1443 AH), regarding the Federation’s receipt of the letter of the Public Transport Authority No. (4173/43/1) and dated (5/11/1443 AH),referred to in Cabinet Resolution No. (41) dated (1/13/1442 AH), which includes the approval that the rental contract of vehicles of all kinds - signed between its parties through the electronic portal of the Public Transport Authority - is in the ruling of documented contracts in terms of proof and implementation, And what was included in item (Second/1) of Circular Telegram No. (2641), dated (15/1/1442 AH) Included in the directive for the Public Authority for Transport to coordinate with the Ministry of Justice regarding the necessary mechanism to put into effect what was stated in the Cabinet decision referred to above, and a reference to the "Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and the Public Authority for Transport (for the Mechanism for Documenting Vehicle Rental Contracts)" signed on (27/4) / 1443 AH) and included in Clause (2) of the Executive Mechanism that “the two parties agreed that the date (28/5/1443 AH) corresponding to (1/1/2022 AD) will be the date for launching the vehicle rental contract signed between its parties through the electronic portal of the Public Transport Authority and considering it In the rule of documented contracts in terms of proof and implementation,” the authority hopes to confirm the licensees in the car business in accordance with the decision referred to above.
