Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best greetings, and is pleased to inform you that it received a letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (L / PO / 1502) and date (27/5/1439). It referred to a letter from the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization No. (3488 / G) and the date (19/5/1439), which referred to the decision of the Board of Directors of the Commission to approve the technical regulations for oil lubricants that was published as news in Umm al-Qura on 27/8/1438.
Therefore, based on the decision of the last Board of Directors of the Commission on 28/3/1438, the application of the Regulation was postponed to the date 13/6/1439.
Consequently, the Council would like that all the concerned and related manufacturers and importers to work under it, in preparation for the mandatory application as of 1/3/2018.
