Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43103431) dated (6/8/1443 AH), with reference to the letter of the Public Transport Authority No. (43/6633) dated (23/7/1443 AH) It includes the policy for determining fees for using public transportation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia issued by the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Transport and Logistics No. (10/41/1) dated (27/1/1441 AH) and modified by His Excellency’s decision No. (23/42/1) dated (12/ 2/1442 AH),And which are included in the nineteenth paragraph of Chapter Five thereof on (the authority adopts a mechanism dedicated to regulating the fees for using the public taxi service to ensure that it is provided with high quality and an appropriate cost using specialized mathematical models that take into account the variables in the cost of providing the service), and where the public taxi service wages were recently modified after a procedure Periodic review of service provision variables with the aim of supporting and motivating the public fee activity,The authority would like to inform the carriers of the revised public fare service fees, the necessity of updating the fare pricing table in the tariff label and the instructions on the side windows (right and left) of the taxi, according to the pricing table attached in this letter.
