Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber extends its best regards to you, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45510899) dated (18/5/1446 AH), which refers to what was received by the Federation from the Ministry of Investment regarding the National Investment Strategy issued by Cabinet Resolution No. (134) dated (28/12/1443 AH), which includes a number of initiatives aimed at achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, including the “Codification of Judicial Principles” initiative, with the aim of attracting foreign investment and expanding and facilitating current investments in the Kingdom, and where the Ministry is working to obtain the opinion of the private sector through an opinion poll directed to them with the aim of identifying the nature of these principles and the extent of their impact on the investment environment and the scope of competitive capabilities and potentials in the Kingdom, in addition to the most prominent challenges and ways to address them, and the Ministry’s desire to cooperate with them in generalizing the opinion poll to private sector establishments.
