Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Real Estate General Authority No. (943) and dated (18/3/1443), a reference to the contribution of Al-Faisaliah land based on the updated deed numbered (33020801775) and the date (14/2/1443), belonging to Muhammad Al-Nimran Al-Ajmi, under consideration by the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
And based on Cabinet Resolution No. (130) dated (7/5/1429 AH) to form the Real Estate Contributions Committee, Cabinet Resolution No. (48) dated 14/2/1430 AH, which approves the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and Cabinet Resolution No. (297) and the date (13/7/1435 AH) to amend the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and since the Committee is in the process of selling the shareholding land.
And in the context of the interest of the Real Estate Contributions Committee (liquidation) and its keenness to develop the joint role with the chambers of commerce and the real estate committees, and to provide a greater opportunity for investors to apply to purchase the lands of the contributions that the committee is working on, and you will find below a barcode link to the details of the competition offered for sale.
