Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you of its receipt by the Real Estate General Authority No. (397) and dated (1/25/1444 AH), regarding the contribution of (Khaleej Salman) belonging to / Suleiman bin Saleh Al-Hammad, Considered by the Real Estate Contributions Committee, in respect of which the decision of the Real Estate Contributions Committee was issued in its eighty-eighth meeting after four hundred on (12/21/1443 AH) to marginalize not to dispose of the record of the Gulf of Salman contribution land deed numbered (617901001925) and dated (30/11/1443 AH). Issued in the name of / Suleiman bin Saleh Al-Hammad.
And based on Cabinet Resolution No. (130) dated (7/5/1429 AH) to form the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and Cabinet Resolution No. (48) dated 14/2/1430 AH, which approves the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and the Cabinet Resolution Dated No. (297) and dated 13/7/1435 AH, which amends the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and since the Committee is in the process of selling the shareholding lands.
Within the framework of the interest of the Real Estate Contributions Committee (liquidation) and its desire to develop a joint role with chambers of commerce and real estate committees, to give investors a greater opportunity to apply for the purchase of the land of the contributions on which the Committee works.
