Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you of receiving the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43104415) dated 16/10/1443 AH, and regarding the letter of the Public Transport Authority No. (1/43/9681) dated (10/15/1443 AH), It includes the regulation regulating the activity of the fare, the taxi broker and the guidance issued by the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Transport and Logistics No. (1/41/13) dated (1/27/1441 AH), and its amendments, which stipulated in Paragraph (20) of (First) of Article (33) on "providing the uniform approved by the Authority for drivers" and paragraph (13) of (Second) of the same article, which stipulates: "Wearing the uniform approved by the Authority while performing work,” and paragraph (3) of Article (35) Which stipulated "adherence to the uniform approved by the authority while performing work” and paragraph (8) of Article (40) to “ensure the driver’s commitment to the uniform approved by the authority,” and paragraph (3) of Article (41st), which stipulated: Commitment to the uniform approved by the environment.” And since the decision of His Excellency the President of the Authority No. (1/43/283) dated (12/5/2022 AD) was issued to approve the uniforms designated for drivers of taxi and direction activities, and the decision came into effect on (7/12/ 2022 AD).
