Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (42103319) dated (8/19/1442 AH), regarding the letter of the Public Transport Authority No. (7039/42/1) dated (9/8/1442)The decree of His Excellency the Minister of Transport, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Public Transport Authority No. (119/41/1), dated (7/5/1441), to approve the regulations governing educational transport activity, which entered into force on (9/1/144) corresponding to (23/4/2020), and Whereas Article (56) of the aforementioned bylaw stipulates that this regulation replaces (procedures and conditions for granting licenses to practice school transport activity) issued by Minister of Transport Resolution No. (15) dated (20/7/1413), As amended by Resolution No. (35) dated (28/12/141), as well as the conditions for licensing the practice of teacher transfer activity, and all previous instructions that contradict with it are canceled. Buses operating in the activity, and the specifications, conditions, and technical equipment approved for them, noting that the authority took into account in the implementation mechanism enabling those previously licensed - before the entry into force of the regulation - and in the name of previous activities, to move to the provisions of the new regulation.
