Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you of receiving the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43103950) dated 17/9/1443 AH, and regarding the letter of the National Center for Government Resources Systems of the Ministry of Finance No. (35049) dated (28/8/14432 AH), And attached to the Royal Order is Circular No. (46650) dated 9/14/1439 AH, which judges what the Finance Committee saw in its Minutes No. (131) and dated (7/9/1439 AH) directing ministries and other government agencies to stop paper handling of procedures and works, This is according to the detail provided in the Ministry of Finance’s letter No. (5909), dated (9/7/1439 AH), and the completion of the use of electronic services on the credit platform, which includes that the Ministry of Finance and the National Center for Government Resources Systems have launched the digital contracting service (gradual launch) and the service of filing financial claims by the private sector through the adoption platform.
