Asharqia Chamber presents you with the best greetings, and would like to inform you about the receipt of the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (SG / 1993) dated 15/14 / 1439, which referred to the letter of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment No. 38418 dated 12/7/1439, on the temporary ban of the importation of live birds, hatching eggs, and chicks from the state of Bulgaria. It is on the basis of the information contained in the Warning Bulletin issued by the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) on 26/2/2018, which included the emergence of cases of highly pathogenic avian influenza in the State of Bulgaria. Also, it is based on the decision of the Ministry of Agriculture No. (288/1291/1439) dated (4/7/1439) that to impose a temporary ban on the import of live birds and eggs hatching and chicks from the State of Bulgaria.
