Asharqia Chamber presents its best greetings to you, and would like to inform you of the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (No. 1680) dated 6/7/1440, which referred to the cable of the General Authority for Investment Eligibility No. (1782) dated (26/6/1440) in the telegram No. (1697) dated (16/6/1440), which was attached on the telegram of His Excellency the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political and Economic Affairs No. (139173-40-001) dated (8/6/1440) on the receipt of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs cable from the Embassy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in Moscow that contains information for a number of projects to invest in Chechnya.
