The Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. 42502298 dated 06/07/1442, which includes the Council’s intention to reconfigure the Saudi side in the Saudi-Uzbek Business Council for its new session (1442-1446) following the regulations for business councils approved by the decision of the Minister of Commerce No. (00006) dated 01/17/1442, which includes several materials to develop the work of business councils, including raising the criteria for membership conditions, setting the term of the board’s session to four years, and for the board to have a chair and two deputies.
Note that it is not permissible for a member of the Business Council to occupy the position of Chairman or the position of Vice President in more than one Business Council, and it is not permissible to participate in the membership of the Executive Committee for more than two chambers only.
