The Asharqia Chamber grants you its best regards and informs you of receiving the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers containing the Council’s intention to reconstitute the Saudi side into several (joint business councils) below during the new session (1442-1446) following the regulatory regulations for business councils approved by the decision of His Excellency the Minister Trade No. (00006) dated 01/17/1442, which includes some articles to develop the work of business councils, including raising the criteria for membership requirements, classifying business councils, approving membership fees for the Executive Committee of Business Councils, in addition to criteria for measuring performance and determining the duration of the board session by four Years and for the council to have a president and two deputies.
Note that it is not permissible for a member of the Business Council to occupy the position of President or the position of Vice President in more than one business council, and it is not permissible to participate in the membership of the Executive Committee for more than two councils.
Therefore, we hope that if you wish to join the Council, you can review the terms and fees for membership. You can also view the Saudi Business Councils' by law, membership conditions, and fees, fill out the registration form and return it to the Chamber at (013 857 6660) or e-mail (hhamzi@Chamber.org.sa) within a period of time.
