AlRasheed considers these strategies as a connected series. He said If you love your job which the first strategy, you will be initiative, which is the second strategy. That in turn necessitate applying the third strategy, which is having an effective network. To have an effective network, you need to master the skill of dealing with superiors, as well as identifying leaders, adopting positive views that helps in building and strengthening the relationship with co-workers. According AlRasheed that includes the ability to manage any disagreements or misunderstandings with colleagues, as well as dealing with all the difficult types’ colleagues, and master the skills of dealing with customers.
According to this sequence, this requires applying the fourth strategy: which is having good communication skills. That includes speaking, listening, thinking and nonverbal skills as in body language, written language, voice and gestures. That leads us to the fifth strategy, self-management. AlRasheed explained that strategy as chance to discover your strength points, priorities, time management, self-motivation and self-promotion. The lecturer then moved to the sixth strategy, which is being effective. That requires professional integrity, quality and focus. Then concludes with the seventh strategy, self-development. Applying all those strategies is bound to give you a shining career.
