Asharqia Chamber's Young Businessmen's Council will host Dr. Tariq Hammoud Aal-Ibrahim who will deliver a legal lecture entitled "Limiting the Risks of Power of Attorney in Business and Finance" as part of an empowerment program adopted by the Council.
The General Secretary of the Chamber, Adnan ibn Abdullah Al-Nueim, said the lecture will be held next Sunday evening, June 28, 2009. All of those interested in studying regulations and developing solutions and proposals in order to improve the legislative environment regarding power of attorney are welcome to attend.
Al-Nueim added that the most important topics to be discussed by the guest speaker are: Common Mistakes Made With Legal Power of Attorney and Authorized Agents, Identifying Trustworthy Relatives, How to Establish Your Own Business and Protect Your Finances, as well as an explanation of relevant laws and regulations.
The Lecture will be held at Asharqia Chamber's Main Building in Sheikh Hamad Al-Qusaibi Hall. Businesswomen are also welcome to attend in Al-Jazeerah Hall.
