Contracting Committee in Asharqia Chamber re-elects Al Sayed for chairing the committee
Forming a working group to study investment projects in Qatar
Asharqia Chamber Contracting Committee discussed throughout its meeting held on Sunday, the prospects for investment in Qatar, which is preparing to equip the infrastructure to host the World Cup in 2022 ; Committee decided to form a working group to study what can be achieved by the Saudi contractors of investment opportunities.
The Committee affirmed during the meeting which was chaired by the Chamber Board Member and Chairman of the Committee Saleh bin Abdullah Al Sayed on the need for coordination with the Saudi-Qatari Business Council to form a delegation from the Saudi contractors to visit Qatar and see the projects fromwhich they can contribute in its implementation.
Moreover; Contracting Committee has re-elects Al Sayed for chairing the committee and the Vice President Tariq bin Mohammed Al Wabel, according to the Article V of the Chamber Committee rules where it stresses in electing president and vice president for each year.
Above all; Committee also reviewed the reports of working groups formed by the Committee, most notably a team work for the Contractors Forum for 2011
