Trade Committee in East Chamber will host officials of the Ministry of Labor and Aramco
To discuss a number of topics related to resettlement
Trade Committee of East Chamber will host on Monday morning (7 / March / 2016) a workshop about(the unification of closing times of workshops, wholesale and retail), which also searches a range of topics related to the reality and the future of business activity in the eastern region.
The Committee assured during the last meeting, which was held under the chairmanship of Ali bin Berman Al Yami (Chairman of the Committee) on Monday, the importance of this workshop, which is expected to come with a group of important recommendations regarding the subject of times of closing the shops, which will witness the participation of a number of representatives of the Ministry of Labor .
They also discussed the delay problem of the operating company in unloading containers in King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam, and imposed fines at the customs, demanding a specific mechanism for the recovery of amounts unlike the mechanism used which is paying fines and then claim them.
Committee members discussed the Saudi Aramco program for the resettlement of industry and services related to the energy sector (Iktifaa) and they confirmed their interest in hosting one of the company representatives to provide a visual presentation about the program at a meeting with the Committee.
