Asharqia Chamber will host a workshop under the title, "Mechanism for submitting declarations for Value Added Tax (VAT)" on Sunday morning (4/2/2018). Hamoud Al-Harbi, the Head of Operations Department of the General Authority for Zakat and Income, and Ahmed Hassanein, Tax Advisor, will participate in this workshop.
This workshop comes within the framework of cooperation between Asharqia Chamber and the General Authority for Zakat and Tax, to prepare and qualify the private sector and achieve readiness to deal with the adoption of VAT.
Through this workshop, The General Authority of Zakat and Tax and the Chamber will endeavor to clarify all the details of the value added tax, after only one month from the beginning of their application, and try to monitor the positive and negative results rising from the application of the tax.
