The launch of the Restatex Eastern Real Estate 2023, the largest real estate event in the Kingdom.
Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef, the Prince of the Eastern Region, Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Batal, the Deputy Governor of the Eastern Region, and His Excellency Engineer Abdullah Mohammed Al-Badeer, Deputy Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, along with Mr. Badr bin Suleiman Al-Rajiza, the Chairman of the Asharqia Chamber of Commerce, inaugurated the activities of the "Restatex Eastern Real Estate 2023" exhibition organized by the Asharqia Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with Ramtan Exhibitions and Conferences. The exhibition is taking place from October 31st to November 3rd, 2023, at the Dhahran International Exhibitions Company (Dhahran Expo).
The new edition of the "Restatex Eastern Real Estate 2023" exhibition witnesses extensive participation from major real estate development and marketing companies, most of the Saudi financial institutions and banks, as well as relevant government entities and a selection of economic, social, and journalistic figures. Prominent media outlets extensively cover the exhibition's events, reflecting the significance of the real estate sector, which is considered one of the vital contributors to the Saudi economy.
Following the opening ceremony, Dr. Al-Batal, Engineer Al-Badeer, and Mr. Al-Rajiza toured the exhibition. They visited the booths of participating companies, where they were introduced to the latest real estate projects in the Eastern Region and the Kingdom. These projects adhere to the highest quality standards and feature unique architectural designs that meet the aspirations of Saudi families, contributing to enhancing their quality of life. They also learned about the exceptional financing offers provided by Saudi banks, aiming to facilitate Saudi citizens' home ownership with ease and convenience. These initiatives aim to increase the home ownership rate to 70% by the year 2030, as part of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 goals.
The exhibition aims to highlight the influential role of the real estate sector in diversifying investment sources, aligning with one of the key objectives of Vision 2030. It also focuses on showcasing the developments and innovations in the Saudi real estate sector, including residential and commercial projects, innovative designs, spaces, features, and housing financing programs and sales operations for customers.
