Academics discuss the fight against unemployment and labor market needs
The Training Corporation governor sponsor the "training seminar" Eastern Chamber
AlRashid: the development of training is the best mechanism for the development of activity in the private sector.
Under the auspices of the Governor of technical and vocational training Corporation Dr. Ali bin Nasser Al ghufays seminar (training and its importance in the development of national competencies) Sunday December 22 for 2013, organized by the East Chamber with the participation of specialists and academics, at the headquarters of the main Chamber in Dammam. The Chamber's Chairman Abdulrahman bin Rashid Al Rashid said that the symposium aims to see what's new in the training sector and its ability to keep in touch with developments and aspirations of beneficiaries and members of the private sector as well as to highlight the importance of self-improvement with the highest efficiency possible trainee with the flowing trail.
Al-Rashed said that training has become the ideal choice for human, plant, stressing that not only Nations Renaissance science and proper training and continuing in line with the requirements of the times and helps development potential and benefit from information and well as serving everyone. AlRashid noted that companies if they wanted to develop their work it is required to activate the training of its staff and the human responsible for training himself to raise his ideas and his knowledge and performance to continue performing the duties of the high levels. Alrashid said that the Organization of such a symposium is included in several steps and programs to support the training of Saudi support option, giving the Chamber the training in the private sector, from being the ideal mechanism for the development of the activity in the private sector where review by specialists on a number of topics related to training and human resource development, and relationship training with labor market requirements.
AlRashid stressed that the importance of training is to provide trainees with information, skills and different methods of renewable nature of their business and improve their skills and abilities, and thus raise the level of performance and productivity, adding that a large number of economic establishments were able to raise the level of their performance and achieve success at different levels, to a good training environment provided by the human resources, to develop and raise the level of performance through continuous training and ongoing.
