The Saudi Commission of Accredited Residents trained more than 12,000 people within 3 years

Talking about organizing the evaluation profession, setting the necessary standards and legislation, in addition to developing the profession and raising the level of workers in it professionally, technically, and morally.
The Director of the Legal Affairs and Supervision Department Abdulaziz Al-Mutlaq said in the meeting held on Sunday, May 17, 2020, that the role of the authority in addition to organization and development is to qualify and accredit the residents to practice the evaluation profession and work to increase the confidence of the community in the evaluation profession and raise it to the level of prestigious professions.
During the meeting, which was moderated by the Chairman of the Real Estate and Urban Development Committee, Engineer Hamid bin Hamri, Al-Mutlaq said that the authority is working on organizing, developing, qualifying and accrediting residents and monitoring them in the various branches of evaluation, noting the most prominent articles of the resident system, which depend on adherence to the profession’s behavior, etiquette, and standards International and pass the professional education programs determined by the authority and obtain Licensing one of the evaluation branches, and the evaluator who is self-accredited on evaluation reports must maintain the data and reports for a period of 10 years, in addition to the legal responsibility issued by professional errors.
And on how to practice the evaluation profession in Saudi Arabia, he pointed out that the resident can practice the profession after choosing the training programs offered by the commission, recording hours of experience, and obtaining the membership of "evaluation" after completing the rest of the requirements, and the membership allows him to practice the profession of the employee, And pass advanced courses and complete some of the requirements, and thus can obtain a license to practice the profession and create his own facility.
Al-Mutlaq indicated that during the past three years, the Authority was able to provide more than 600 training programs, qualify more than 12,000 trainees, and grant more than 2,000 people membership to practice the evaluation profession in one of the facilities, and as a result, there were more than 420 establishments practicing the evaluation profession in its various branches in the kingdom.
