The Prince of the Eastern Province sponsors the "Jobs 2024" exhibition.
His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Prince of the Eastern Province, is sponsoring the "Jobs 2024" exhibition, which is being launched by the Asharqia Chamber through the Employment Center from October 14th to 16th, 2024, at the Dhahran International Exhibition Company's premises, Dhahran Expo, in Al Rakah.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Asharqia Chamber, Badr bin Sulaiman Al-Ruzaiza, expressed appreciation for the sponsorship of His Royal Highness the Governor of the Province for the exhibition, confirming that it represents significant support for this event and is one of the incentives for the Eastern Province Chamber to undertake further initiatives in this regard. He also highlighted His Royal Highness's constant support for the Chamber's programs, activities, and events aimed at the business sector and enhancing its efforts in various localization paths.
Al-Ruzaiza emphasized that the Chamber annually ensures the organization of this exhibition, which is the largest in the field of employment in the Eastern Province, to actively contribute to the localization plan supported by the state, by providing qualified national cadres to companies and institutions seeking to support their workforce with national skills and experiences.
He stated that over the years of its convening, the exhibition has showcased many Saudi youth, both males and females, holding modern specialties that keep pace with the rapid developments in the labor market and its requirements in terms of specialties, technical details, and skills. He noted that the exhibition allows job seekers to directly interact with employers and representatives of institutions, where they can ask questions, inquire further about specific companies and available opportunities. Additionally, participants can electronically submit their resumes directly to human resources officials, increasing their chances of obtaining interviews and job opportunities. It also represents an opportunity for job seekers to better understand a particular industry or specialization by exploring participating companies and learning more about industry needs and current global trends.
Al-Ruzaiza explained that the exhibition provides an opportunity for job seekers to network with other colleagues in the same or related fields of specialization, which can contribute to providing future job opportunities or obtaining valuable advice and guidance.
He further highlighted that the exhibition saves time and effort for both job seekers and employers, as they meet in one place, allowing both parties to review opportunities and directly assess competencies and skills. Employers also benefit from using the exhibition to promote their companies and increase awareness of their brand.
