The Logistics Committee reviews the technical challenges with the Director of King Abdulaziz Port
The Director-General of King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam, Captain Fahd bin Ahmed Al-Amer, reviewed the technical challenges facing the logistics sector, during his meeting on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, with the Logistics Committee of the Asharqia Chamber headed by Rakan bin Abdulrahman Al-Otaishan. The meeting also discussed the services provided to the various sectors.
Al-Amer explained that the port, through the program of communication with the business sector, is interested in discussing all the ideas and ambitions presented, which aim to develop the working mechanism and push forward to overcome the challenges and obstacles facing all parties, referring to the meeting of the committee, which contributed to putting forward many important topics for discussion and proposing appropriate solutions to them.
For this part, Al-Otaishan said that the meeting with the Director-General of the port confirms the importance of communicating and discussing with officials in all matters that in the end are in the interest of everyone, as most parties are interested in the development of the practical relationship and the flow of work, and the reduction of observations and errors that may lead to obstruction of business, and also Working on launching initiatives that contribute to progress in serving the sector.
