The Fund's new strategy focuses on the development and improvement of support programs
The Director-General of the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) Turki bin Abdullah Al-Ja’waini stressed that the fund has started to formulate a new strategy that focuses on many development paths, addresses weaknesses in the Fund’s previous programs, and aims at the same time to build more effective programs that meet the actual needs and market requirements Current work.
For this part, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khaldi said that human capital is one of the most important pillars of reaching the goals of comprehensive and sustainable development, as it is the most important element in the elements of production, as countries ’productivity increases and rises high whenever it is assumed by qualified and trained human elements that are able to interact and integrate between all elements Productivity, and pushing it to achieve the desired aspirations.
Al-Ammar pointed out that the rational government, along its development paths, has paid great attention to the national labor forces and has endeavored to motivate, develop and weigh it with skills and raise its productive efficiency in various fields to be able to bear responsibility, creating mechanisms and programs, launching initiatives, and establishing institutions of all kinds, with the aim of providing Qualified Saudi cadres with knowledge and training, and what is the Human Resources Development Fund (a goal) with its vision and mission that aims to develop the national workforce and raise its competitiveness national action.
Adding: 27 initiatives are derived from the strategy, which is divided into 5 axes: change and communication, redesign of existing programs, new programs, support for legislative bodies, and re-operating of the fund's model.
He emphasized that the fund gave the greatest attention to human capital development, which was manifested in developing the skills and knowledge and professional capabilities of the national forces, based on its vision and mission in enabling, qualifying and training human cadres, to ensure their participation in all sectors and paths of the labor market, and in line with achieving the Kingdom's 2030 vision, That requires concerted efforts and unification of joint action between governmental and private sectors, to enable national competencies and enhance their competitiveness in the market.
Al-Ja’weni answered inquiries and questions from businessmen about the support programs and the capabilities that the fund will provide to private sector enterprises.
