The Events Fund of the Asharqia Chamber concluded its activities held in conjunction with the celebration of the 93rd Saudi National Day over a period of three days at the Rashid Commercial Complex in Al Khobar.
The free events started on Friday, September 22, and continued until Sunday, September 24, 2023, from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM, featuring 15 diverse activities totaling 19 hours of entertainment. The activities included Saudi cultural displays, art and photography corners, various games, and a main stage for performances.
The events also saw the distribution of souvenir gifts and daily prizes for attendees, as well as celebrating the national joy by distributing flowers, sweets, and gifts to children.
Badr bin Suleiman Al-Ruzzaiza, the Chairman of the Eastern Chamber's Board of Directors, praised the significant participation in the events by the residents and visitors of the Eastern Region during the National Day holiday. He emphasized the success of the entertainment program designed by experts in theater production and family-oriented event organization. He noted that the events achieved several goals, including highlighting the significance of National Day and instilling it in the hearts of children, as well as providing enjoyment and benefit for everyone.
The events featured various lively segments, including competitions, musical performances on the children's stage, and the participation of beloved cartoon characters that children enthusiastically interacted with. The Saudi traditional dance "Ardah" was also performed, and the theater came to life with captivating theatrical shows that conveyed deep national messages. There were dedicated segments for children and daily prizes for attendees, as well as a variety of carnival games presented in dedicated areas, electronic games, and var glasses' presentations.
