Al-Khalidi congratulated the wise leadership on the passing of five years since the launch of the 2030 vision, stressing that during these five years it was able to increase the efficiency of government performance, enhance the growth of the non-oil sector, and mobilize the national human resource with all the tools for professional advancement so that the Saudi citizen became a responsible person who does not know Fear - as His Highness said, can keep pace with the data and requirements of "modern Saudi Arabia" without prejudice to the well-established identity of the Kingdom since its inception.
Al-Khalidi pointed out that the dialogue of His Highness carried great interest in the Saudi citizen by confirming that the vision does not go and will not go without the people, their giving, patience, and standing with his leadership, pointing out that the state seeks towards the well-being of the people and improving the quality of life for him, and working to address the various challenges facing him.
Al-Khalidi alluded to the importance of the dialogue contained in the dialogue regarding the importance of partnerships and the strengthening of their presence and spread at home, especially between the public and private sectors, as well as external partnerships with various countries. It has the human and natural foundations that qualify it to establish effective partnerships.
