The Chairman of the Asharqia Chamber, Badr bin Suleiman Al-Razizi, praised NEOM for the designs of the Future City "The Line", which was inaugurated by His Royal Highness Prince Ahmed bin Fahd bin Salman, The Deputy Prince of the Eastern Province, on Sunday, and continues until September 26 at (Dhahran Expo)
He said: "The exhibition is a unique experience that provides an opportunity for everyone from different categories to keep abreast of the details of the architectural and engineering designs of The Line, inviting the business sector to visit the exhibition and learn about the designs of this city and its unique idea, which is illustrated and detailed by the exhibition's screens.
The designs on display give the impression that they are a city that is evoking today's distant future. They are a global shift the world has not seen yet, noting that this city with its innovative architectural and engineering designs challenges traditional flat and horizontal cities and creates a model for preserving nature and enhancing viability, addressing the challenges facing humanity in today's urban life.
He said that the Line is a model of sustainable life not only at the Kingdom level, but globally, and today the Kingdom is ranked one of the first countries to take the path of modern technologies in its real estate sector, providing cities that adopt artificial intelligence as a way to do so. City dwellers will have access to their destinations and needs within five minutes, thanks to the project's infrastructure and unique design for every detail.
Al-Raziza stressed that the “The Line” project supports achieving the goals of Vision 2030 by diversifying the economic base by providing thousands of job opportunities, and contributing by adding billions to the GDP, as it is an attractive city at all levels that meets the desire of those looking for calm, especially at this time. In which the urbanization movement has prevailed over nature, it is a natural, healthy, and innovative city in which information and communication technology are used to improve the quality of life.
