Asharqia Chamber at AlKhafji Branch held a lecture last week about the agile management and its applications in small and medium enterprises.
The lecture was attended by many owners of enterprises, entrepreneurs and those interested in the management of enterprises in the province of AlKhafji.
Dr. Omar Najib, agile management consultant, stressed that the application of agile management within enterprises leads to improved productivity, helps to eliminate waste, reduces costs and improves service significantly.
He pointed out that by following its rules, the organization is moving away from administrative slowness and improves the process of using data and the speed of responding to challenges and opportunities.
He pointed out that agile management has become a path for most large companies around the world, as it achieves the optimal use of resources within the institution, whether physical or human or financial, as well as their good handling of the time element that is considered a key element in the production function.
Najib explained that agile management is one of the most important modern methods to manage the production process.
It is a system concerned with the elimination of all forms of waste in the production processes, by practicing the policy of permanent development within the institutions, and has a significant role in improving processes within the work system and disposal and improve the customer experience.
It aims to develop human resources within SMEs and develop their capabilities and then implement the objectives of the establishment in the best ways and the lowest possible costs.
