Asharqia Chamber, represented at the Business Women Center in the Chamber Branch in Qatif Governorate, held a training program on Sunday and Monday 17-18 February 2019.

A specialist in electronic advertising stressed the importance of working in advertising for the commercial project on the basics of marketing through social networking sites.
She pointed out that a big difference between advertising in the new and traditional media, especially in achieving the desired results.
The trainer Dhuha Al-Ibrahim said that several points make a difference between the form of advertising in electronic media than in the traditional cost, and the mechanism of communication, and how to demand the product, customer continuity, in addition to the ability to know the opinion of the client, the time of the marketing campaign, the follow-up, the number of customers, and finally the possibility of knowing the results.
She stressed that the social networking sites are continuously subject to development in its details and mechanism of work, and therefore it is witnessing the development of the forms of advertising and technologies of its own.
This is where the advertiser can deal with new forms, techniques and methods that serve his or her project through the targeting mechanism, content development, analysis and performance measurement.
Al-Ibrahim pointed to several techniques that the advertiser or the dealer with the new media must take into account when advertising for its product or project, including careful targeting, and taking into account the creativity in writing the text, and continuity in the Declaration and in different versions, and also monitor what goes on in social networking sites and try to learn from the existing methods for all advertisers and owners of experience, in addition to learning how to evaluate and pricing to create a kind of competition and spread.
Al-Ibrahim pointed out that social networking sites are witnessing a technical revolution that the advertiser can benefit from by promoting what he writes about the product and making frequent visits to his company's website, in accordance with its proposed budget and appropriate to its potential.
Regarding the process of attracting interested and potential customers, Al-Ibrahim said that a number of points must be taken into consideration such as how to attract followers in practical ways, how to pay more attention to the content that to be useful and attractive and concise, the need to use the brand to promote the project, the dissemination of clear and complete identification information, using the brand image as a personal image, and the need to interact with the public response and follow-up and admiration and open the discussion, and tags (Hashtaqs).
Al-Ibrahim outlined 10 strategies to increase sales, which are owning a website, linking it to social networks, configuring it for search engines SEO, enhancing presence in social networks, providing a service or product competitive and superior, using tags, using of mailing lists (repetition and recall), providing free things that may be content, sources, and tools according to your experience in your field, building advertising campaigns, and finally strategic partnerships in marketing.
