Royal Decree supports the Real Estate sector
Real Estate Committee: The Royal decree to build 500 thousand housing units such a positive impact to the sector
Real Estate Committee in Asharqia Chamber commended on the royal decrees issued on the Real Estate sector, which included raising the value of the loan of Real Estate Development Fund, and the allocation of 250 billion riyals to build 500 thousand housing units will have a positive impact to Real Estate and property development sector, and though will reflect positively on the market in the future.
The Committee discussed at its seventh meeting held yesterday, Sunday, 20 March, 2011 at the Chamber on several results of the previous meeting held with Mayor of Eastern Region Eng.Daifallah Bin Ayesh Al-Otaibi, who showed great interest to provide all forms of support and services that will progress the real estate industry and attain the satisfaction of citizens, whether to provide services or facilitate the procedures to finish over the plans and other services for Real Estate investors in the Eastern Region.
