The Committee reviewed the real estate achievements in the Asharqia Chamber during the first half of the year 2012 in its last meeting.
The committee chairman Dr Ayed Al-Qahtani discussed the topics of importance, notably the value of rents and sales list on the map and the problem of foreign workers working in the real estate offices through an expanded meeting collected real estate investors in the sector and interested people and businessmen.
Al-Qahtani said the committee is currently working on specialized working papers discuss the real estate and the most prominent themes such as real estate valuation and the needs of the demand for housing in the region .It is also working to put a proposal to the universities to discuss studying the real estate sector as well as the production of booklets specializing in the subject real estate.
The Committee holds a seminar to discuss the housing and mortgage end of the fourth quarter of this year 2012.
