Real Estate Committee commends the State allocations for infrastructure
The EastChamber Real Estate Committeepraisedthe Royal Orderto allocate20 billionto supportinfrastructureprojects,land grants, confirmingthatthis allocationwillrevive thereal estate marketmovement,in order to servethe country and citizens,especiallyin the residentialside.
Themembers of the committeenoted that with the supportof goodgovernment and theinterest inthe residential sectorofthe Ministry of Housing,andthisis an opportunityfor investors inthe real estate sectorin general.
This came during ameeting of the Committee, headed byKhaledBarashidheld recentlywheretheyadopted an action planfor the current year2015, which includeda meetingextendedtothe real estate sectorearly nextApril.
