Al-Khorayef stressed in his speech that the governorate is a fertile environment for investment, and is on the verge of a quantum leap at the level of the Kingdom, and huge changes at all economic, cultural, tourism, and other levels, especially after the developmental orientation of the governorate by His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince, After the announcement of the establishment of the Tarut and Dareen Island Development Corporation, and the constant interest of His Highness the Emir of the Eastern Province and His Highness his deputy - may God protect them - which puts everyone before a great responsibility, especially the Qatif Business Council and all businessmen, and places it upon them to make more efforts to catch up with this rapid leap through Benefit from all the resources and advantages of the province.
During the meeting, Al-Khorayef was briefed on a visual presentation on the most prominent aspirations of the Business Council to contribute to the development of the economic sectors in the governorate, the council's achievements during 2022, the council's plans and activities during 2023, and the most prominent challenges facing the business sector in the governorate.
In an open dialogue with businessmen, the governor appreciated the efforts made by the Business Council, stressing the governorate's support for the business sector and its full readiness to overcome the challenges facing investors. And the necessity of joint coordination between all parties and sectors, and measuring the extent of the impact and outputs of the goals and aspirations, according to indicators that can be referred to in improving performance according to a clear scientific approach.
At the end of the meeting, the expelled head of the Qatif Business Council thanked the governor for this visit, his directives, his diligent follow-up, and his constant keenness to overcome difficulties and work on everything that contributes to the development of the investment and tourism movement in Qatif.
