On Saturday, January 12, 2019, Asharqia Chamber, represented by the training center, will organize a training program (for men only) under the title, "Project Management Professional (PMP)" for a period of six training days at the headquarter of the Eastern Dammam service center.
It aims to help the applicants to achieve success in the management of projects with full professionalism, according to plans prepared.
On its first day, the program addresses the general framework and scope of professional projects and the role of the project manager in achieving that professionalism and success.
On the second day, it will discuss one of the most important factors of success and professionalism, which is the management of the schedule.
The third and fourth days were devoted to project cost management and resources with focusing on quality and risk issues over the course of the two training days of five hours per day.
The program will discuss risk management on the fifth day and the management of communication and follow-up of the project.
On its sixth day, the program concludes its discussion on the Project Procurement and Human Resources Department of the project.
