Specialists and academics discuss the conference major issues and giving recommendations on market-making
Her Royal highness Princess Jawaher Bint Nayef bin Abdulaziz, wife of the Eastern Region Prince sponsors Eastern Region Forum of Young Businesswomen (Young Businesswomen Forum.. development and leadership) which is organized by Asharqia Chamber on 3 and 4 April in chamber main building.
Asharqia Chamber chairman, Mr. Abdulrahman Bin Rashid Al-Rashid said that the patronage of her highness is giving the forum a great significance and high momentum reflected by the participants during the sessions.
He explained that the forum aims to instruct young businesswomen to the best ways and means in the management of their businesses on scientific, technical and administrative basis, it aims also to raise the competitiveness of those enterprises through the discussion of the challenges to overcome them, and offering a number of successful experiences of women entrepreneurs, in addition to the issue of cooperation and coordination between the various relevant agencies to develop a healthy environment for the establishment of such projects.
AlRashid also stated that: The Forum on its second day provides four sessions, the first is headed by Professor Deena AlFaris, Vice President of Young Businesswomen Council in which they discuss the reality of young businesswomen projects in the Eastern region through the axis (The Reality of Young Businesswomen Projects), where the speakers: Amal Al-Qahtani analyzes Her project ( Computer Technology) and Hana AlShaiji the holder of (Wafel Projects) and Alawiyah Abdulfattah with her project (Daily Bakery) , Nora AlMugaiteeb holder of (Noriyaat Restaurant) and Hana AlMouaibed,the partner of (Yareem Arabian Company) in which they discuss and analyze the market reality and small projects and its movement from their point of view as experienced, where they provide a clear vision of the projects beginnings and the difficulties encountered and influenced their career as a solution supported by the conference, also it includes a presentation of the results of the workshop preparations for the Forum.
The specialists also present a scientific point of view regarding the investment approach and challenges in the second session under the title (Investment Challenges).
In the third session which is headed by Wejdan AlJerifani &Omar AlSaeed, the participants along with Mr.Adnan AlNuaim , Dr. Khalid AlZamil and Mrs. Safa Al-Hashim will discuss the demands and basic conditions for making a project leader, starting with the distinctive and innovative ideas to establish such projects in the middle of the difficult conditions under the title (Steps Toward Leadership).The event concludes its discussions and workshops with the session entitled (Development and Entrepreneurship) by Mrs.Munira Al-Zamil in which she analyzes some of the ideas in the market and making some recommendations on how to develop innovative ideas and develop it into a number of activities to invest in the market and gain excellence.
The Forum consists of 50 projects in various sectors for the young businesswomen of the Eastern region; they presented their experience summary in the Saudi market. The Chamber Young Businesswomen Council also receives participants between the ages of 18 - 45 years old, which they run existing projects for two years.
